Everything is 100% online via zoom! Being in a space where you are comfortable and free from distractions is paramount to your success.

Will hypnosis work for me?


Hypnosis works for everyone!

We actually go into hypnosis several times in a day, every day. When we’re just waking up or about to go to sleep, when we get lost in a book or a movie plot, daydream, even when driving.

It’s a perfectly natural state and the body enjoys just relaxing and letting go!

What can breathwork be used for?


Breathwork is a versatile practice that can be used for various purposes to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Some common applications of breathwork include: Stress reduction, anxiety and panic attack management, improved focus and concentration, emotional regulation, enhanced sleep, energy boost, mindfulness, physical health, release of tension, blocks, and negative emotions and energy, spiritual exploration, trauma healing.

How many sessions will it take?


Everyone is different, however it is not expected for deep seated issues to be taken care of in just one session.

However, hypnosis has a 93% improvement rate over a period of 6 sessions versus behavioral therapy which can take over 600 sessions for a 38% improvement!

Do you have packaged deals?


Yes! I offer packaged deals with full support in between sessions. I also offer recordings.
